   Unless you have received a Global Excellence Scholarship or an ISSS need-based scholarship, as an international student at the University of Minnesota, you are expected to take full responsibility for financing your education. International students must prove they have sufficient funds available to pay their educational and personal expenses.
* Some programs and colleges have additional mandatory fees and/or tuition surcharges. Additional fees and surcharges ($2,600) for CSOM and CSE students are not included here.
