As a CFANS student you can learn about food in the field,
in a pilot plant where new dairy products are tested for
food companies, or in state-of-the-art animal-care facilities. Food production can be both global and local, and students address big challenges like sustainable global food supply. You can also learn precision technologies and apply them to large and small-scale farming to improve environments and production outcomes.
