Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates Best Faculty Award
PROFESSOR STEFANO GONELLA
This award is given to one faculty member each calendar year. The recipient is chosen by student vote. Undergraduate students vote for the professor that has had the biggest impact on their education experience inside and outside of the classroom.
Kyle Kucharski, President of the UMN Student Chapter of
the American Society of Civil Engineers, presented the award. Kucharski commented, “I was fortunate enough to have Professor Gonella for one of my classes, and I can definitely understand why he is receiving this award. His attention to detail is unpar- alleled, and his energy in lecture is very engaging. He is really accessible outside of class and makes you feel like he really cares when you talk with him.”
