 MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear friends and supporters,
The past year has been marked by tremendous growth, innovation, and a relentless commitment to our mission of advancing scientific research and discovery in the fight against cancer and other chronic diseases.
Over the past year, our world-class team of scientists and staff have continued to push the boundaries of knowledge in the field of biomedical research. One of the highlights of this year has been the addition of several new esteemed faculty members to our team. These exceptional individuals bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in their respective fields, and we are confident that their contributions will significantly enhance our research capabilities.
Another milestone of the past year is our continued work toward Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) excellence. Through several different initiatives, we are working to ensure that the Institute fosters a welcoming, collaborative, productive, and healthy environment for all employees.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our donors, community partners, and volunteers. Your dedication to our cause inspires us every day, and your generosity fuels our mission. Whether it’s through financial contributions, volunteering your time, or advocating for our work, your commitment to The Hormel Institute is truly making a difference.
As we reflect on the achievements of the past year, we also look ahead with hope and determination. I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you who have played a role in The Hormel Institute’s journey. Together, we are shaping a future where cancer is no longer a feared diagnosis, but a conquerable challenge.
Thank you for your dedication, your partnership, and your belief in our mission of inspiring discoveries that improve and extend human life.
