COVID-19
Since January 2020, the OGC has provided advice and counsel related to many of the various ways the University has responded to and navigated through the COVID-19 pandemic. These issues have involved all aspects of OGC’s practice — employment, student affairs, contracts, athletics, research, and others. Most recently, these efforts have included providing legal assistance relating to the University’s Vax 2.0 efforts, both with respect to the employment and labor issues involved with the attestation program and the student issues relating to adding the COVID-19 vaccine to those vaccines already mandated by state statute.
