Attend employer information sessions, site visits, and networking events; on-campus interviewing; search TalentLink for opportunities (note that most MSF internship recruiting takes place in fall semester but recruiting occurs year round).

ESTABLISH YOUR BRAND
Build target company list
Identify your strengths/ competitive edge, explore desired skills and experience for your industry, incorporate selling points into your resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile. Starting early in the
fall semester, research finance career paths, identify roles/ industries of interest, generate company lists, and complete informational interviews with alumni and professionals.

BUILD PRODUCTIVE NETWORKS Attend relevant events and workshops
Contact alumni, personal contacts, etc. to learn about opportunities, and conduct company research.
