Begin keeping a journal of STAR stories from the Experiential Learning Program, and
update resume and Linkedln throughout the program.

Finalize a plan for winter break—GBCC is open to help you finalize strategy, application materials, and practice interview skills
Plan to spend winter break networking—consider taking a trip to a city of focus
Continue to strengthen technical skills, adding them to your Linkedln profile, resume, and GitHub account
Don't forget to keep checking TalentLink and begin applying for off-campus job postings
Participate in the MSBA West Coast trek, if interested
Sign up for the MSBA Mock Marathon to get interview practice with employers and alumni
Launch off-campus search through TalentLink external postings, GBCC announcements, external job boards, LinkedIn, and personal networking
Participate in the MSBA Corporate Reception to network with hiring managers and recruiters
File for OPT regardless if you have a job or not—plan to have an OPT start date of June 1
Attend Technical Interviewing workshop
Attend workshop on job search strategy outside of on-campus-recruiting
Meet with a career coach to develop job search and networking strategy for spring semester—consider setting up regular meetings to check in on progress
Update resume and LinkedIn with Analytics Lab experience
Stay on top of external postings in TalentLink and networking contacts about opportunities Use spring break to make a networking trip
Report all offers in TalentLink
Stay active with a coach to help guide your search
