Connect with the GBCC if you have any questions or concerns about successfully navigating your internship experience

Holiday Break is a great time to set up networking meetings and informational interviews if you are still looking for full-time roles
Don't forget to keep checking TalentLink over the holidays for job postings
Note: Most companies come to campus in the fall, so there will likely be few, if any, full-time opportunities that will come through on-campus recruiting this semester
Practice your interview skills in a Small Group Interview Practice session to ensure that your skills stay sharp
Attend Career Fair Preparation Workshop and participate in the U of MN Job and Internship Fair (if applicable)
Keep an eye out for the GBCC workshop on Job Search Strategy Outside of On-Campus Recruiting
Make sure that you are checking TalentLink and other job boards frequently, as many companies will start just-in-time hiring this month
If you do not have a full-time job by April, be sure that you are working regularly with a GBCC coach
Don't forget to report your offers in TalentLink

Work with a career coach to evaluate and negotiate a full-time offer from internship (Note: You do not need to accept offers on the spot). Don't forget to report your offer in TalentLink.
Start updating your resume and Linkedln profile with internship experience
Attend an in-person or virtual coaching appointment with a career coach (optional, but strongly encouraged if you are planning on participating in Fall OCR)
Attend Company Information Sessions
Check TalentLink regularly to search for full-time opportunities and submit your resume
Practice your interview skills in a Small Group Interview Practice session, or conduct a one-on-one mock interview with a coach
Attend Resumania! for a resume review
First day of on-campus interviewing (last week in September)
Majority of first round OCR interviews occur
Majority of second round OCR interviews occur
