PASS
The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry Program for Advanced Standing Students
(UMN PASS) is a 29-month program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the US dental profession for graduates of dental schools outside of the United States and Canada.
Our strong, integrated program means you will study alongside DDS students and receive the same rigorous clinical education as any other graduate.
PASS accepts sixteen students per year. These students take courses with four-year DDS students while also engaging in additional lectures and pre-clinical sessions starting in the second year.
PASS graduates say they are grateful for the smaller size of the program and the hands-on clinical education.
