Clark, Hokanson, and Miller were recognized together, although they have accomplished a tremendous amount individually. They are student group presidents, accomplished engineers, and strong advocates for women in engineering. As collaborators they organized an influential event, Women in Machining, to break down the stigma surrounding machining and manufacturing.
Alfonzo Mudoy is an inspiring leader working
to uplift people from underrepresented communities. Thanks to her efforts, she has inspired positive change for other BIPOC women at ME.
