This process has involved literally hundreds of people and we are grateful for the excitement and energy that everyone has brought to this process as well as the commitment to keep this work moving forward. A special thank you to Dr. Neglia and all of the Vice Chairs for guidance, encouragement, and a runway to allow us to progress with this important work; Drs. Emily Greengard and Karim Sadak who volunteered early in the process to help navigate the strategic planning process; Emily Gray, Brandi Buczynski, and Nathasha Chandrasekharan who have spearheaded the organizational process necessary for this work; Meredith Fox and her team
at Portage Partners; and all of the members of the Emerging Leader Planning Team who put in extra time helping moderate listening sessions, refine language in the strategic planning process, and do the qualitative analysis from the sessions and workshops to help prioritize the goals.
