Dining Locations
UMD Dining Services offers a variety of dining options on campus.
Superior Dining: Get freshly made full- course meals each day from our talented culinary crew. Our inclusive menus are sure to please any appetite.
Northern Shores Coffee Shop: Serving fresh Duluth Coffee Company coffee! While you’re here, treat yourself to
our fresh-baked, locally-made sweets and treats.
The Grind & The Gadget: Kiosks that are perfectly placed for your convenience to get coffee, snacks, and more! The Grind is near the Library and The Gadget is located in Lake Superior Hall.
Food Court: Grab a locally- sourced burger, design your own sandwich and burrito, or grab a slice of housemade pizza. Make sure to keep an eye out for the seasonal Limited Time Offers.
Meal Plans & Dining Dollars
You can access your meal plan and/or Dining Dollars by using your U Card. Dining Dollars can be used at all nine dining locations. All students can add Dining Dollars to their U Card online, via Bulldog Mobile, or at the U Card office.

Sustainability
Reusable Container Program: This
sustainability program allows you to carry out your meals from Superior Dining and the Food Court while using a reusable container.
